    Eligibility: Membership is free and available to individuals aged 18 or older. Only one account is allowed per person.

    Application: By applying for City Inn Rewards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2. Earning Rewards & Tiers

    Eligible Stays: Points or benefits are earned only on bookings made directly through the City Inn website or front desk. Bookings via third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) are not eligible for reward points.

    Tier Status: City Inn may offer tiers (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum). Tier status is determined by the number of nights stayed or total spend within a calendar year.

    Non-Transferability: Membership benefits and points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Redemption of Benefits

    Benefits: Benefits may include room upgrades (subject to availability), early check-in/late check-out, and discounts at City Inn restaurants.

    Blackout Dates: City Inn reserves the right to restrict reward redemption during peak periods (e.g., Eid holidays or special local events).

4. Termination & Changes

    City Inn Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program or change specific benefits at any time with 30 days' notice on our website.

    We may terminate any membership if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of hotel policies.
