In the event a service is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error, City Inn Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that service, even if the booking was confirmed or your card was charged. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
18. Currency Conversion
(a) The City Inn Sites may provide a currency converter for your convenience. Please note that such tools are typically powered by third-party providers (such as XE.com). Use of any currency converter on our site is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by that third-party provider, and you are required to comply with those terms. We advise you to check the provider’s terms of use before relying on any converted figures.
(b) The currency converter is linked content. City Inn Limited does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy of any conversion. We shall not be held liable for any loss or discrepancy arising from your use of the currency converter or reliance on its data. (c) Currency conversions are provided for convenience, reference, and personal non-commercial use only. Any conversion is an estimate only and does not serve as a confirmation of the final amount to be paid. Please note that all room rates at City Inn are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The final bill payable is dependent on the exchange rate on the day of payment as quoted by the applicable banks, payment systems, or City Inn Limited's internal exchange rates (at its sole discretion) on the date of settlement.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(a) You agree that:
(i) All matters relating to and/or any disputes arising out of your access to or use of the City Inn Sites and/or Content shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
(ii) You shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh (specifically the courts in Khulna or Dhaka) to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
(b) The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the access to and/or use of the City Inn Sites or Content, including any transactions made through the digital platforms.
