Budget-friendly with good service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained—it's a 3-star, but definitely comfortable with great service. The food was tasty and of good quality. The pool was excellent, with clean water, and the gym and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. They had a nice tub in the bathrooms as well. Overall, a great stay!

Our room was lovely, on a corner (505) to take in the noise and bustle outside, but good AC. There was endless hot water in the shower and wifi in the room

Best Hotel in Khulna City. [Had the worst experience at Royal & Castle Salam]. But City Inn Staff,Room,Ambience, Food,Service was top notch. I am strongly recommending City Inn. They are very professional.

Wonderful experience. The staff are welcoming and supportive. There's a gym and swimming pool. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the city. Also, it's decorated with flowers and other beautiful plants. The food is simply amazing.

I like everything about City Inn Hotel, especially the hall rooms are very comfortable for meetings and the food is of good quality, the biryani here is amazing, in a word, all over OK.
